Last OLLI Zentangle Session at the University of Minnesota
Tuesday was our last session of Zentangle for Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI). I had a wonderful time with this group and hope they will continue to explore the intriguing world of Zentangle. Below is a mosaic of one pattern we worked on, Mooka:

I love everything about this painting. The face is beautifully rendered, and the headdress is a trip! What an incredibly cool idea to create tangled feathers. I also love the gentle argument going on between the chief's somber facial expression and the chorus of color that adorns him. Many thanks to Vivian for bringing this to the last session to share with us, and for all her help as the course assistant.
